A WORD ABOUT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS We are aware that increasingly many vendors imitate our company, often using our trade product names and often direct wording from our site. This really is not O.K., in the sense that 1# it is obviously unethical and 2# they are doing you the customer a dis- service by falsely representing there products and processes as ours. You will clearly see this from any simple physical observation, let alone the obvious superior aroma. We are still one of the best kept secrets ever. The bottom line is we created these product trade names to represent our specific process and company ethic, the most important being our reputation for professional product standard as the process perfected by us. At least we known we are doing something right when every one wants to copy. But we do feel that it is important that we state clearly that when you see our trade names such as “Super Fine”, “Full Spectrum” or “King Kratom Resin” used else where, they are NOT the same as ours. All products you see on our site (excluding 15 X) are sole creations of kratom dragon and are based on methods and preparations mastered by us through sound scientific research and development at great financial burdens not to mention the man hours expended. These names and products are the sole intellectual property of Kratom Dragon, even if this is not respected. The bottom line is that OUR personal creations are in no way are industry standards other than the fact that many try to pretend there product is ours. I do believe we at least deserve the creative credit for the research and development we have done even if others are benefiting, often, much more than us from this work. We are MORE than happy to share information as it regards the furthering of this sacred trees and knowledge of it use, just not to have our creative interests blatantly stolen. A perfect example of this dedication was our discovery (and scientific conformation) that stem and vein was and active part of this complex aroma and rather that hoarding this info and using it for obvious personal gain (I am sure you can imagine) we openly shared this discovery saving vendors and customers alike literally tons and tons of infinitely wasted plant matter.
